BLUE AND WHITE INCENTIVE PROGRAM
The BARA Executive
Committee, in order to encourage membership activity and participation, and to
recruit new members, has created the new BARA Blue & White Membership
Incentive Program.
All through the Membership
Year, which corresponds to a calendar year, dues-paid BARA members will receive
points for attending meetings, participating in club events and activities,
taking a leadership role in these events and activities, and for other
contributions to the life of the club as set forth below. Qualifying
activities and the points which they earn are subject to change by the
Executive Committee at any time and without notice.
At the end of the year, the three (3) members with the highest points accumulated will receive prizes.
The Executive Committee recognizes that the program may require some fine tuning as we gain knowledge. Situations will arise which are not covered in these rules and Activity Chairpersons will need to keep careful track of who attends and their level of participation. In all instances, the decision of the Chairperson will be final.
The treasurer will keep the Offical Record of points earned, based on advice from committee, activity and event chairpersons.
Memebers with comments, questions or suggestions regarding the program are requested to e-mail them to a member of the Executive Committee. The Committee will analyze the situation and reach a decision without taking up valuable time at a Club meeting.
It is out hope that this program encourages and increases participation in BARA meeting and Club activities. BARA is only as strong as the support of the members, Increasing support can only strengthen the Club.
